We're seeking a Project Architect to join our growing team for our Rail and Transit sector for local and national projects. Apply your knowledge of architecture design, principles of sustainability, zoning and building codes, building materials, systems of construction and construction industry standards or practice for clients according to their desires, needs, and financial resources.</p> <p>When you join us, you'll be working on a growing Class 1 national portfolio of architectural projects for rail, bus and mass transit work ranging from major master planning projects at large stations to small, detailed remediation work at historic structures. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of major clients where upward mobility and increasing responsibility is possible if desired. Your design skills and creativity will prove invaluable when communicating and working with the client to exceed their expectations. Our clients are unique and face a myriad of issues and lean on you for expert advice as you steer them through providing sound solutions and strategy advise. With that in mind you will need to periodically travel to project sites to ensure the utmost quality. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's finest talent.</p> <p>Our Project Architect will research, program, plan, and design building projects for clients while applying your knowledge of architectural design, principles of sustainability, zoning and building codes, building materials, systems of construction and construction industry standards Together with your multi-disciplinary team you'll coordinate project work with our in-house as well as specialty consultants for a comprehensive integrated project delivery.</p> <p>Your most impactful mission in this role is to embrace living inclusion every day and enabling diversity and quality globally. Design your career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow and succeed - today and into tomorrow.</p> <p>#LI-LM1236</p> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors of Architecture degree </li><li>Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, word processing and spreadsheet software applications </li><li>Knowledge and at least 10 years' experience in design process, construction documentation, construction administration, materials and methods of construction, model building codes and accessibility guidelines. </li><li>Advanced understanding of structural, mechanical and electrical systems and their interrelationships. </li><li>Ability to occasionally travel to project sites as needed </li></ul> <p>Ideally?You'll Also Have:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Architecture </li><li>Registered Architect (RA) or able to obtain </li><li>Participation in professional organizations </li><li>Knowledge and experience in transit facility design process, rail industrial design, construction documentation and administration, materials and methods of construction, model building, life safety and accessibility codes. </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>110,600.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>140,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
