Your day will involve developing and executing a robust Territory Plan, managing selling resources, and maintaining strong client relationships.</p> <p>Remote position in Indianapolis, Indiana area.</p> <p>How You'll Make an Impact</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute an annual Territory Plan to drive sales and profitability. </li><li>Manage and deploy selling resources effectively within your territory. </li><li>Track and forecast opportunities while maintaining competitive awareness. </li><li>Create strategies to increase sales and profitability for assigned customers. </li><li>Conduct won/loss reporting and define/communicate client needs and market conditions. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. </li><li>6+ years of experience in sales or engineering within the rotating equipment industry, with knowledge of turbo, reciprocating, and steam applications. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher level. </li><li>Strong ability to build client relationships at all levels. </li><li>Excellent listening skills and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. </li><li>Good organizational skills, including time management, file organization, and report writing. </li><li>Proven ability to close business opportunities. </li><li>Willingness to travel 50% within the territory of major accounts (Domestic only). </li></ul> <p>Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
