They have a strong passion for excellence and deliver high-quality food, create new recipes, and offer attentive service to members and guests while directing their kitchen staff.</p> <p>Day-to-Day:</p> <ul> <li>Lead,?train,?develop?and?inspire?the culinary team. </li><li>Elevate?the culinary experience by focusing on food quality and upholding presentation standards. </li><li>Create?edgy and innovative?new menu items based on current food trends and club events. </li><li>Manage?financial cost controls and culinary operations. </li><li>Build?magic moments and maintain positive member & guest experiences. </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience at Executive Chef level in a Golf Club / Resort / Hotel / Restaurant. </li><li>Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience. </li><li>Food & Safety certifications. </li><li>Knowledge of special diets (preferred). </li><li>Proficient with POS (Micros preferred), Microsoft Office products, and social media. </li><li>Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte. </li><li>Bilingual- Spanish (preferred). </li></ul> <p>Compensation Package: Competitive Salary Range; Bonus Potential; Comprehensive Benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision; 401k Retirement Plan; Ongoing Training and Development.
