This full-time role is based at our Cromwell Fruitfed Supplies store, working Monday to Friday, with rostered Saturday mornings as required.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>This position is primarily focused on the bulk store operations of the branch, where you'll play a key role in managing stock movement, deliveries, and bulk store organisation. While customer service remains important, your day-to-day responsibilities will be more hands-on and logistics-oriented, supporting the bulk store's operational efficiency and ensuring timely and accurate product handling.</p> <p>We have a versatile and supportive team that works hard, but has a good bit of banter along the way! You might not tick all the boxes, and that's ok, we do provide training so throw your hat in the ring, apply today!</p> <p>Day to day tasks</p> <ul> <li>Manage bulk store inventory, including receiving, unpacking, and organising stock </li><li>Coordinate and carry out deliveries using forklift, ute, and trailer </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised store environment </li><li>Assist with customer service and sales processing when required </li><li>Support the wider team with stock transfers, displays, and product management </li></ul> <p>Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in the New Zealand rural sector, supply chain or bulk storage would be helpful </li><li>Strong physical fitness - regular heavy lifting is part of the role </li><li>Full, current, and clean NZ driver licence; trailer backing experience highly valued </li><li>Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to obtain) </li><li>A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail </li><li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>We are committed to growing our employees and developing leadership and technical expertise at all levels.
