<p>Work Flexibility: Onsite</p> <p>1st Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Provide maintenance & technical support to all manufacturing equipment relating to downs, repairs, projects, and preventative maintenance </li><li>Ensure safe and efficient execution of planned and unplanned maintenance of equipment, in compliance with regulation & standards </li><li>Troubleshoot and assess electrical problems, PLC diagnosis and circuit schematics </li><li>Works with minimal direct supervision and leads peers to accomplish technical production support tasks and troubleshooting </li><li>Provide the utmost level of internal customer satisfaction to all production teams by means of production support, technical troubleshooting, and communication </li><li>Diligent in supporting all individual and team equipment downs, repairs, projects, and other work orders, and clearing roadblocks for other technicians </li><li>Reaction and closure of maintenance work orders through maintenance software system </li><li>Consults and acts as liaison of operations and engineering team with advanced operations to design and plan solutions for implementing new technology on production floor </li></ul> <p>What you need:</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>High school or GED </li><li>Three (3)+ years relevant metal fabrication, manufacturing, process development, programming, and/or equipment maintenance experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Technical knowledge and understanding of machining and assembly process equipment </li><li>Experience with CAD or CAM programming </li><li>Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting CNC Machines </li></ul> <p>#INDGQO</p> <p>Travel Percentage: None</p> <p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
