As one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assemble lift truck components including Wire & Cable Harnesses and other Light Sub-Assemblies </li><li>Read and follow work instructions and other assembly guides </li><li>Follow all Safety and Ergonomic programs & guidelines </li><li>Perform basic Quality checks as required </li><li>Operate and perform basic setup on Assembly Equipment </li><li>Participate in team based continuous improvement activities </li><li>Perform other work as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Ability to work safely in a fast paced team environment </li><li>Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality </li></ul> <p>Notes</p> <ul> <li>Paid training provided </li><li>2nd shift: Hours for this position are 3:00pm - 1:10am Monday through Thursday (4-10 hour days) </li><li>Pay tops out at $22.50/hour plus $1.50 shift differential </li><li>Need to be able to stand for 10 hours </li></ul> <p>Work Authorization:</p> <p>Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
