<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join the CommonSpirit Health at Home team. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose and treat patients with speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders for patients in their homes.
