<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The?Lead?TM QCC Maintenance is responsible for?providing additional leadership and guidance to the Maintenance Technicians during the work shift while serving as the first level of response and trouble-shooting for equipment breakdowns?and?regular preventative maintenance schedules for various Quality Control Center machinery and equipment</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Diagnose and respond quickly to downtime issues, serving as the first responder to?downtime events</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively communicate between management team and technical team with regards to downtime events</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the work flow Coordinator providing guidance through urgent Production issues, triage issues and field technical questions to management regarding breakdowns and other equipment issues</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with the training and orientation of new department team members</p> </li><li> <p>Perform preventative maintenance duties as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with all aspects of new equipment installation.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate and maintain all equipment to ensure or improve production efficiency.?? Ensure equipment adheres to all applicable safety requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist management in scheduling maintenance projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with contractors as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate and complete departmental records.</p> </li></ul>
