<p>Linde Engineering North America LLC</p> <p>Field Execution Commercial Specialist</p> <p>Allentown, PA, United States | req23330</p> <p>What you will enjoy doing*</p> <ul> <li>You will develop and manage detailed construction packages, including drawings, specifications, and scopes of work, tailored to industrial gases projects </li><li>Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to align construction plans with project goals, technical requirements, and client expectations. </li><li>Additionally, you will review and validate construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project-specific needs for industrial gases facilities </li><li>Act as the primary liaison with subcontractors, providing clear guidance and resolving technical, logistical, or schedule-related issues during construction </li><li>Coordinate the scheduling and sequencing of subcontractor activities to optimize project timelines and ensure seamless integration of construction phases </li><li>You will also conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify adherence to safety standards (e.g., OSHA, HAZOP), and ensure compliance with construction plans </li><li>Work closely with the Site Construction Manager to address on-site challenges, implement corrective actions, and maintain project momentum </li><li>Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built documentation specific to industrial gases infrastructure </li><li>Drive process improvements to enhance construction efficiency, subcontractor performance, and project outcomes in the industrial gases sector </li></ul> <p>What makes you great</p> <ul> <li>You will have a bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction coordination and management, OR 20 years of progressive experience in construction coordination and management without a degree </li><li>Minimum of 10 years as a Site Construction Manager on large-scale industrial construction projects, with a focus on industrial gases (e.g., air separation, hydrogen, or CO2 processing plants) </li><li>At least 10 years of experience coordinating construction packages, including drawings and specifications, for complex industrial gases projects </li><li>Also, you will have a proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Bluebeam) and familiarity with process engineering software relevant to industrial gases </li><li>Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies for gas processing facilities </li><li>In addition, you will have familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASME, API, NFPA, and OSHA) specific to industrial gases </li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification in a relevant engineering or construction discipline </li><li>Experience with EPC delivery models for industrial gases projects and working in matrixed organizational structures </li><li>Knowledge of cryogenic processes, gas purification systems, or related technologies in the industrial gases sector </li><li>Familiarity with lean construction principles or other process optimization methodologies </li></ul> <p>Why you will love working with us</p> <p>Linde Engineering Americas (LEA) is a member of the Linde Engineering Division of Linde plc.
