<p>Total Rewards and Operations Specialist</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>You?are a caring, hard-working individual who thrives in a team environment and is committed to excellence. We promote a culture of respect, excellence, equal opportunity, and commitment to our employees and the communities we serve</p> <p>The Total Rewards and Operations Specialist will have both administrative and data system operations responsibilities, helping Dimock to support the delivery and administration of benefits and HR operations processes through employee onboarding, benefits and total rewards administration and HRIS reporting and data management.</p> <p>Role Objective:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the effective delivery of total rewards programs and HR operations by managing vendor relationships, ensuring data accuracy across HR systems, and generating insights through reporting and analytics.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintaining seamless processes related to benefits, and workforce data, while driving operational excellence, compliance, and employee experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process - from pre-hire communication to orientation and system setup - ensuring new employees are fully supported, informed, and integrated into the organization from day one.</p> </li><li> <p>Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole and to improve the employees experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Onboarding Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling and delivering new hire orientation sessions.</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately enter and maintain employee data in the UKG Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and manage employee training records on the Relias Training Platform.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with hiring managers and IT to ensure new employees have access to necessary tools and resources on day one.</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting with Relias training functions and auditing for accuracy and compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinating BLS Training for new hires and tacking expiration dates for exiting staff and coordinating recertification</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits and Total Rewards Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits and total rewards and HR operations vendors, including benefits providers, wellness platforms, and compliance systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain user access, permissions, and data integrity across all vendor portals.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and or modify regular data feeds and file transfers between UKG and external vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendor support teams to resolve technical or data concerns.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor vendor performance and support contract and SLA compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Support annual compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, and employee communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide reporting support for audits, compliance filings (e.g., EEO-1, ACA), and internal planning processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual benefits open enrollment process, ensuring clear communication, compliance, and a positive employee experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to process improvements within total rewards and HR operations workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for vendor management and data processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with leadership to create and distribute the monthly employee newsletter to highlight agency-wide achievements, recognize individual contributions and key milestones including birthday and anniversary dates.</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee and manage the HR inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and general HR support.</p> </li><li> <p>Support in general regulatory/agency audits.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop trackers and reports to collect, monitor, and manage data effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other related duties as assigned to support the goals of the HR department.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of experience working in HR benefits administration, systems operations, training, onboarding and benefits and total rewards.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong values with a clear inner core of purpose-driven leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem solving, reporting, and analytical skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelors degree in HR, business, or a related field</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness</p> </li><li> <p>Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and foundational knowledge of HR procedures and policies.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Natural interpersonal and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Has developed emotional intelligence</p> </li><li> <p>Familiar with internal software systems for data tracking and organization</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with 500+ FTEs</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in health care environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary:</p> <p>The salary target for this role will be $80,000 to $85,000.</p>
