<p>Position Summary-</p> <p>To provide the services of shipping and receiving product and materials to / from the Pawling Engineered Products' shipping docks</p> <p>Essential Position Duties & Responsibilities</p> <p>% of Time (5% or more)</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>30%</p> <p>Receive product into the shipping department to prepare for shipment to customers. Includes process of preparing filled skids for proper shipping according to customer and carrier requirements. Loading and unloading trucks as needed</p> <p>10%</p> <p>Process and maintain daily shipping reports, create weekly pick lists, routing, billing, shipping and receiving. Process inventory allocation, invoice, billing, bills of lading and shipping labels</p> <p>5%</p> <p>Process special requirements for domestic and international shipping documents, samples and UPS shipments for entire company 40%</p> <p>Computer processing: including, but not limited to billing and shipping with USP online World Ship, Federal Express, DHL. Create labels for inventory and bar coding for shipments. Compile and maintain daily accounting for international shipments. Process freight claim, return material authorization, proof of delivery and receiving.
