<p>Position Summary</p> <ul> <li>The Crew Member position is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, preparing food and beverages according to Brand standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Crew Members work collaboratively with management and fellow team members to ensure a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests. </li><li>This role serves as a foundational position within the organization and provides opportunities for skill development and advancement into leadership roles. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner </li><li>Prepare food and beverages in accordance with Dunkin' & franchisee standards </li><li>Accurately operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions </li><li>Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times </li><li>Support speed of service and order accuracy goals </li><li>Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines </li><li>Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties as assigned and directed by a Managers or Management </li><li>Work effectively as part of a team and support fellow employees during shifts </li></ul> <p>Performance Expectations</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability </li><li>Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor </li><li>Follow direction from Managers on Duty and Restaurant Management </li><li>Communicate effectively with guests and team members </li><li>Participate in required training and development activities </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Basic math and cash-handling skills </li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills </li><li>Willingness to learn and follow established procedures </li><li>Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands / Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Standing for extended periods of time </li><li>Repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and lifting </li><li>Lifting items up to 20 lbs </li><li>Working in a quick-service restaurant environment </li></ul> <p>Advancement Opportunities</p> <ul> <li>Crew Members may be eligible for cross-training and advancement opportunities, including Manager on Duty, and Restaurant Management roles, based on performance, business needs, and availability. </li><li>Have a positive & friendly outlook with customers and our team and anticipate and understand their needs </li><li>Help each other problem-solve </li><li>Can handle cash and operate store equipment </li><li>Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced workplace </li><li>Take pride in being responsible workers </li><li>Able to multi-task </li></ul>
