<p>Description</p> <p>Citizens Private Bank has accelerated its strategy to build out Wealth Management, scale Business Banking, grow deposits, and expand in key growth markets. We are looking for talented individuals with a demonstrated track record of delivering a white glove experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty.</p> <p>The Private Bank Client Relations Associate -Life Sciences works closely with the Relationship Manager(s) and Client Relations Manager for all client activities and new business development in business banking products and services.</p> <p>Primary responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Respond to client inquiries and servicing requests in a timely manner (response within 30 minutes, </li></ul> <p>solution within 1-2 business days, varying on complexity).</p> <ul> <li>Assists their respective relationship manager with coordinating client meetings, events, and gifts. </li><li>Assist with fielding prospects, including taking introductory meetings and providing rates when the Relationship Manager is not available. </li><li>Firm understanding of Relationship Manager's clientele and product specialty. </li><li>Routinely reviews existing client base for deposit opportunities and prospects. </li><li>Respond to client inquiries and servicing requests in a timely manner (response within 30 minutes, solution within 1-2 business days, varying on complexity). </li><li>Assists their respective relationship manager with coordinating client meetings, events, and gifts. </li><li>Working closely with their Preferred Banker to obtain additional documentation for deposit relationship opening, ensuring this is completed in the pre-approval stage. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in financial services demonstrating familiarity with business banking product knowledge </li><li>1+ years of experience working with private equity/life sciences businesses or industry </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a history of success working with Private Bank clientele delivering white glove service </li><li>Client focus, learning agility, and resilience are core skills/competencies for success in this role. </li></ul> <p>Hours & Work Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Hours per Week: 40 </li><li>Work Schedule: M-F </li></ul> <p>Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
