Your strong communication skills and proactive approach make you a trusted collaborator who can work seamlessly across teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.</p> <p>As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you thrive on tackling challenges, managing inventory with precision, and ensuring the safe, secure, and compliant delivery of products.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Set and manage the shipping calendar, ensuring all deliveries and transfers are scheduled accurately. </li><li>Prepare and email manifests and required documents to regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with state laws. </li><li>Schedule state testing deliveries, monitor home delivery routes, and manage driver teams to ensure safe and timely product transit. </li><li>Maintain control of inventory during preparation and transit, ensuring accurate records in the seed-to-sale system. </li><li>Work closely with the inventory manager, dispensary teams, and security transportation department to ensure smooth operations. </li><li>Audit returns, track non-conforming products, and generate operational data for above-site reporting. </li><li>Address shipping and tracking issues promptly, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions. </li><li>Ensure the receiving area meets compliance standards and remains clean and organized. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics role. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and freight logistics programs. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams. </li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li><li>A diligent approach to accuracy, compliance, and organization in all tasks. </li><li>A proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to analyze and resolve challenges. </li></ul> <p>Even Better If:</p> <ul> <li>You have experience in the cannabis industry or familiarity with seed-to-sale tracking systems. </li><li>You have demonstrated ability to develop SOPs and work instructions. </li><li>You have experience scheduling and managing delivery drivers. </li><li>You have a track record of successfully implementing process improvements in a logistics role. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted on a consistent basis throughout the assigned shift </li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time </li><li>Ability to occasionally climb ladders and crawl under low spaces </li><li>Ability to lift and reach with arms above shoulder heigh for extended periods of time </li><li>Ability to work in an environment that is exposed to plant materials and strong odors </li></ul>
