<p>The North Salt Lake City, Utah Distribution Center has an opening for: Facilities Maintenance - Painter / Battery Technician</p> <p>The schedule is: Monday - Friday, Swing Shift, 530pm to 2am. Occasional overtime is required, based on Warehouse needs</p> <p>This position will be responsible for Facility Maintenance painting assignments and Warehouse Operation battery changes. The employee will work closely with the Facility Maintenance management team to ensure all duties are completed in a timely and efficiently.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Painting assignments </li><li>Change batteries as needed for production, sanitation, and maintenance. </li><li>Possess ability to follow written instructions </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Proficient at multi-tasking, recognizing priorities, and working with minimal supervision. </li><li>Must be safety conscious and follow all safety policies and procedures </li><li>Stay abreast of current technology regarding job duties </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED Certification. </li><li>Minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience in Facility Maintenance and Painting preferred. </li><li>Ability to interact with all warehouse employees in a professional manner </li><li>Ability to operate work related equipment such as maintenance related power equipment and hand tools, forklifts and pallet jacks and diagnostic equipment. </li><li>Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities. </li><li>Ability to learn and follow Company and Distribution Center policies regarding safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks, maintenance related power equipment and hand tools. </li><li>Ability to read and comprehend all labeling on hazardous materials and equipment in the facility. </li></ul>
