Data runs on STACK.</p> <p>THE POSITION:</p> <p>The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the full-cycle recruiting process at STACK in close collaboration across departments with a focus on rapid growth across technical and construction roles in the US and Canada. This includes talent attraction and sourcing, screening and interviewing, and hiring amazing candidates to join our team.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Focus on sourcing & recruiting for office-based and technical positions </li><li>Define criteria for recruiting assessment & selection processes across STACK Americas </li><li>Create and maintain training and coaching programs for interviewers across all departments </li><li>Actively advertise and attract candidates for new positions, including across social media, our website, job boards, LinkedIn, and industry networking and events </li><li>Create & maintain job postings in compliance with state and federal legislation </li><li>Maintain, develop, and continually assess external recruiter relationships </li><li>Develop consistent hiring practices, with a focus on diversity and equity in recruiting </li><li>Implement a comprehensive push-pull hiring strategy with detailed reporting </li><li>Work in collaboration with the People & Culture and Marketing teams to cultivate our employer brand, including through LinkedIn and Glassdoor </li></ul> <p>THE DETAILS:</p> <ul> <li>Location: Manassas, VA (hybrid) </li><li>Travel: Up to 10% </li><li>Must be eligible to work in the United States </li><li>Must pass a comprehensive background screening </li></ul> <p>MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>4+ years' proven success as a recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency </li><li>Experience in recruiting construction and/or technical roles preferred </li><li>Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems </li><li>Experience in selection processes and interview methods, including competency-based and structured interviews </li><li>Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills </li></ul> <p>THIS MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:</p> <ul> <li>You are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making. </li><li>You do not get flustered easily.
