<p>Job Title: Quality Engineer - Electrical Engineer</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>As an Electrical Engineer, you will interface with customers and provide statistics on reliability performance, analyzing both internal and external performance data for failure trends. You will conduct corrective and preventative analysis activities based on gathered data, ensuring quality in the design and production of state-of-the-art products.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Identify and facilitate the corrective action process, including coordinating investigations, implementing activities, and auditing for effectiveness. </li><li>Analyze data to identify trends in product quality defects and prevent recurrence and future defects. </li><li>Identify and raise quality issues, resolving them swiftly to ensure zero impact on the customer. </li><li>Coordinate and prepare reliability performance output and review it with the customer. </li><li>Review customer requirements for applicability and participate in project launches and program reviews. </li><li>Review, analyze, and assess life cycle data through periodic sampling. </li><li>Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. </li><li>Coordinate teams to review, create, release, and maintain corrective action and continuous improvement activities. </li><li>Facilitate and coordinate process improvement for Quality Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
