For Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations please contact Megan Jones at megan.jones@nebraska.gov.</p> <p>DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Stocks shelves and rearranges stock to accommodate inventory movement and maximize space utilization. </li><li>Reviews quality of inventory and coordinates with vendor to rectify incorrect shipments or return damaged goods. </li><li>Checks purchase receipts and invoices for accuracy. </li><li>Performs inventory control and monitors supply usage. </li><li>Maintains compliance with State and agency policies regarding receipt issuance, inventory, and security of supplies, materials, and equipment. </li><li>Leads, oversees, or supervises inmate workers. </li><li>Instructs and trains on work techniques and procedures, safe operation of equipment. </li><li>Assist and supervise the loading of the truck and ensure the truck is loaded correctly. Responsible for performing pre-trip vehicle checks, safety checks and inspections prior to driving. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance. </li></ul> <p>Requirements/Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications: One year of experience in inventory, warehouse, material supply or other closely related field.</p> <p>Other: Must have a valid driver's license. Applicants accepting a job offer must pass the following pre-employment exams in this order; medical exam, and at a randomly announced time, pass a drug test.
