<p>Title: Director of Security</p> <p>Location: San Francisco, CA - Class A High-Rise</p> <p>Compensation: $135,000 to $150,000 annual base salary</p> <p>Schedule: Full-time / support a 24/7 operation</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Leadership & Operations Management</p> <ul> <li>Direct all security operations for a Class A high-rise, ensuring a professional, service-forward security presence aligned with "observe and report" standards </li><li>Manage scheduling, deployment, and performance to deliver 2,300 man-hours per week while maintaining post coverage and compliance </li><li>Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and officers; set expectations for appearance, conduct, and customer service consistent with post orders and company standards </li><li>Ensure staff adherence to the scope of work and route any client requests outside post orders for management approval </li><li>Oversee emergency preparedness and response (medical, fire, hazardous materials, violence), including proper escalation, notification, and documentation protocols </li><li>Ensure timely, accurate, and factual incident reporting; maintain logs and records per site requirements </li><li>Conduct post inspections, implement corrective actions and operational improvements </li></ul> <p>Access Control, Systems & Site Procedures</p> <ul> <li>Oversee access control and visitor/vendor/contractor processing, ensuring valid identification and authorization compliance </li><li>Ensure effective use of systems commonly deployed in Class A high-rise environments (e.g., visitor management and access control platforms ) </li><li>Maintain secure handling of sensitive site functions including after-hours access, property removal approvals, and loading dock controls </li></ul> <p>Client Partnership & Executive Presence</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary security liaison to property management </li><li>Provide clear operational updates, trend analysis, and solution-oriented recommendations </li><li>Establish and maintain a "white-glove" security culture appropriate for a high-profile asset with VIP sensitivity </li></ul> <p>Required Experience</p> <ul> <li>Must have Military and/or Law Enforcement background or five plus years of high rise Security Management experience. </li><li>Demonstrated success managing large-scale staffing models comparable to 2,300 man-hours per week </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting high-profile assets with VIP/celebrity adjacency and potential media attention </li><li>Familiarity with union environments and multi-tenant commercial properties </li><li>Security Director, Account Manager, Senior Operations Manager, or equivalent for a Class A high-rise building </li></ul> <p>Work Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Availability for after-hours response and on-call rotation as required </li></ul> <p>Are you interested in being part of our Team?</p> <p>Education Level</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must have High School Diploma</p> </li><li> <p>Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Apply quickly and efficiently online</p> </li><li> <p>Weekly pay</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive benefits</p> </li></ul> <p>With over 80 years of protecting the things that matter, we've seen more than most.
