The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our resort, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Clean assigned areas of the resort, including guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more </li><li>Remove soiled linens, towels, and trash from guest rooms </li><li>Make beds, replenish amenities, mop/vacuum floors, and clean all surfaces and furniture in guest rooms </li><li>Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas </li><li>Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices </li><li>Provide friendly and kind service to all guests </li><li>Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years old </li><li>Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment </li><li>Background check and proof of employment eligibility required </li><li>Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform </li><li>Saturday availability is required </li><li>Preferred: Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare) </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:</p> <p>Hourly Rate: Up to $21/ hour</p> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Paid time off </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Vision insurance </li><li>401k </li><li>Short term disability insurance </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Saturday availability is required</p>
