<p>Job Title: Project Coordinator</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and closeout of custom automation projects. The role involves coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with design specifications.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and facilitate project scoping, planning, execution, and closeout. </li><li>Clarify design and specification requirements and arrange for necessary changes. </li><li>Prepare specifications, bid packages, evaluate tenders, and make purchasing recommendations. </li><li>Arrange and lead meetings to coordinate the requirements of internal and external customers. </li><li>Lead design reviews and team meetings as required. </li><li>Review labor estimates, schedules, execution plans, and inspection and test plans. </li><li>Communicate schedule updates and progress on design tasks to Engineering Managers and the Project Manager. </li><li>Review and maintain awareness of corporate and local procedures pertinent to engineering, quality assurance, and project management. </li><li>Organize documentation including quotes, correspondence, requisitions, drawings, and schedules. </li><li>Review requests for proposal documents and participate in preparation of proposals. </li><li>Ensure completion of project milestones and maintain project tracking system. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in project coordination and management. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. </li><li>Ability to schedule meetings and provide administrative support. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Possession of a degree in a related field. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role is based onsite in Lewis Center, Ohio.
