The Centralized Operations team is responsible for servicing existing Hedge Fund clients and assisting with the conversion and implementation of future business.</p> <p>The Analyst will assist with supporting SEI's proprietary workflow system, the portfolio accounting system (Geneva), and supplemental systems/technology. This individual should have strong verbal and written communication skills, and intermediate Microsoft excel skills.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You will serve as a liaison between SEI and the client</p> </li><li> <p>You will assist with coordinating internal SEI resources on behalf of client (COPS, Recon, Accounting, Technology, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>You will assist with identifying, resolving, and /or escalating any critical issues</p> </li><li> <p>You will serve as representative for each client with the various third-party vendors used by the teams.</p> </li><li> <p>You will assist with the coordination of new business setups.</p> </li><li> <p>You will develop/document processes and controls for enhancements to our Alternative Fund Administration offering.</p> </li><li> <p>You will assist the manager with any client and internal expectations for ad hoc requests</p> </li><li> <p>You must be comfortable working with various file and data formats</p> </li><li> <p>We want you to succeed and look for future solutions!
