Please keep in mind that this list is not all inclusive and that you may be asked to perform other job tasks by your supervisors/managers not listed below in the constant quest to provide "out of this world" customer service experience for our guests:</p> <ul> <li>People are our priority, so we want to make sure that we're taking care of them. We want to assist our teammates in any way possible. </li><li>Assist with the coordination of scheduling interviews </li><li>Assist with the roll-out of the benefit plans plan to all teammates </li><li>Maintain various HR logs including EEO log, I-9's, OSHA, etc </li><li>Help with all hotel teammate activities </li><li>Support payroll processing </li><li>Data entry of status changes for new hires on boarding to end of employment off boarding </li><li>Responsible for all office functions including filing, answering the phone, answering general inquires, etc </li></ul> <p>What qualities are we looking for?</p> <p>You got skills? If you are able to perform the following, then you have come to the right place…</p> <ul> <li>Previous hospitality experience in your skillset.?Only exceptional candidates will be considered (so please, be exceptional!) Past experience with labor relations is required. </li><li>Benefits understanding structure and manage all programs, including worker's compensation, FMLA etc. </li><li>There will be days where long hours are required. </li><li>Ability to convey information and ideas clearly and to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. </li><li>We truly hope that you are enthusiastic and passionate individual who possess a wicked sense of humor!
