If you have experience or are looking to start your career, apply below!</p> <p>About the Role</p> <ul> <li>Lead spray booth operations, ensuring quality and production goals are met </li><li>Mix and apply stains, glazes, and topcoats to wood cabinetry using HVLP and other spray equipment </li><li>Maintain consistent finish quality and color accuracy across all sprayed components </li><li>Inspect and prep wood surfaces before and after finishing (sanding, touch-ups, corrections) </li><li>Ensure booth cleanliness, proper ventilation, and daily equipment checks </li><li>Work in compliance with all health and safety protocols, including wearing a respirator throughout your shift </li><li>Communicate with supervisors and teammates to coordinate workflow and maintain finishing schedules </li><li>Provide guidance and training to finishing team members as needed </li><li></li></ul> <p>What's in it for You</p> <ul> <li> <p>Pay: $25 - $28/hour (based on experience)</p> </li><li> <p>Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Time Off: Paid vacations and PTO</p> </li><li> <p>Retirement: 401(k) plan</p> </li><li> <p>Growth: Opportunities for advancement within a growing company</p> </li></ul> <p>What you Bring</p> <ul> <li>Required: Experience operating spray booths and applying finishes in a production setting </li><li>Required: Ability to wear a respirator for the duration of your shift </li><li>Strong working knowledge of stains, topcoats, and finishing products </li><li>Skilled in HVLP spraying, sanding, prepping, and color matching </li><li>Leadership experience or ability to guide others in a finishing environment </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality </li><li>Able to lift 20-50 lbs and stand/bend for extended periods </li><li>Solid understanding of workplace safety, especially in spray environments </li><li></li></ul> <p>Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Full-time </li><li>Monday- Friday </li><li>5:00am -1:30pm </li></ul> <p>Ready to create beautiful finishes and be part of a team that takes pride in its craftsmanship?
