The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the adult workforce and education methodology, emphasizing performance-based learning. The Training Instructional Designers primary focus will be to assist stakeholders with moving training concepts into released courseware.</p> <p>Tasks and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>2-4 years work experience as an Instructional Designer, familiarity with instructional design software; Articulate Rise, Storyline, PowerPoint, also enjoys delivering instructor-led training. </li><li>Able to apply an instructional design model from start to finish. Comfortable with fast-paced environments, adjusting to project feedback, timelines, and changing priorities. </li><li>Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily, but not limited to, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop. </li></ul> <p>Note:</p> <p>It is not possible to list all required job duties on this form.
