<p>General Summary:</p> <p>As a member of the Sales team, the Assistant Account Executive will fully support the sales team with an emphasis on reporting and order management. It will be someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and can adapt to shifting priorities. The Assistant Account Executive will help to support multiple brands within the business including Eddie Bauer and Brooks Brothers. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to excel and grow within Catalyst Brands.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with sales team on developing and executing long term growth strategies </li><li>Build and maintain relationships with buying teams </li><li>Manage the ecommerce asset submission process </li><li>Analyze and report out a weekly sales synopsis; identify opportunities and risks and share with account managers </li><li>Own activities related to market prep including NuOrder set up and line sheet creation. </li><li>Communicate with customer service on open order issues; follow up on customer POs and monitoring shipping </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years of experience in a fast paced wholesale environment </li><li>Strong understanding of retail math concepts </li><li>Detailed oriented, highly-motivated; ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independently. </li><li>High level of proficiency in Excel </li><li>Familiarity with retailer vendor portals; experience with NuOrder a plus </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. </li><li>Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. </li><li>Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day </li><li>Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day </li><li>Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods </li><li>Ability to reach at or below shoulder level </li><li>Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc. </li></ul>
