As a member of our team you'll enjoy excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and an encouraging culture that supports work / life balance.</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Recruiter</p> <p>Reports to: TMX Manager</p> <p>General Expectations:</p> <p>Oversee the recruiting processes of potential Team Members via recruiting websites, Team Member referrals, on-site recruiting and other sources. Verify Team Member's work history, competency and other qualifications. This position will also help assist in achieving our goals of maximizing team member engagement and lowering team member turnover.</p> <p>Duties / Responsibilities:</p> <p>Utilize Workday Website for hiring and onboarding</p> <p>Manage Indeed Applicant Tracking System and applicants to maximize recruiting efforts for the complex</p> <p>Pre-screening candidates and scheduling interviews for Managers</p> <p>Manage the New Hire Status Sheet</p> <p>Utilize plant social media site and other recruiting boards to attract talent</p> <p>Build a network pipeline for talent acquisitions (high schools, colleges, etc.) Establish & maintain Team Member connections and relationships</p> <p>Assist the TMX Team in TMX initiatives & events</p> <p>Conduct New Hire Orientation weekly</p> <p>Complete onboarding paperwork for each New Hire</p> <p>Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:</p> <p>Expert communicator at all levels of the organization</p> <p>Adept at core Microsoft product (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Empathetic</p> <p>Skilled Listener</p> <p>Patient</p> <p>Growth Mindset</p> <p>Positive Energy</p> <p>Outgoing</p> <p>Education and Qualifications:</p> <p>HR Generalist/recruiter background required.</p> <p>Hands-on production experience desirable.</p> <p>Experience in Workday Solutions applicant tracking system helpful.</p> <p>Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) helpful.</p> <p>Why Clayton?</p> <p>A Berkshire Hathaway Company - an integrity-based organization offering unlimited career growth opportunities.</p> <p>Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
