<p>Summary of Job:</p> <p>The Financial Analyst at Lee Company plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and driving operational efficiency through strong accounting knowledge and hands-on use of modern business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Prophix. This role requires a high level of accuracy, a focus on compliance with GAAP and internal controls, and a commitment to improving financial processes. Reporting to the Finance Reporting & Analysis Manager, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exercise sound independent judgment, and take a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements. In addition to supporting financial operations, the analyst will help maintain and develop reporting and BI tools to enhance reporting capabilities and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as is the ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights. This position is based at our Franklin, TN office, and candidates must be able to work on-site as needed.
