Together, the team delivers insights that support major initiatives and improve day to day performance, turning ideas into scalable solutions that improve experience, outcomes, and return on investment.The Manager, Pharmacy Workflow Data Analytics plays a critical role within this team by using advanced analytics to identify priorities, uncover insights, and guide investment decisions that deliver measurable value across the enterprise. This role partners closely with cross functional teams to turn complex data into clear recommendations, financial value cases, and business outcomes.You will manage multiple analyses at the same time, collaborate across teams, and take ownership of delivering high quality results. The role also requires clear and timely communication of insights to business partners and senior leaders. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
