The result is a powerful combination of institutional rigor and boutique personalization, delivering customized solutions to clients while opening new and exciting career opportunities for our team.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>This Equity Research Associate will focus on investment manager research and due diligence for domestic, international, and emerging markets equity strategies. The daily workflow involves meeting with investment managers, generating research notes and formal reports, tracking and analyzing performance and exposures, and other ad hoc projects. The role requires leading and completing various projects under strict deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</p> <ul> <li>Attend meetings with investment managers and prepare post-meeting reports for dissemination to colleagues across the organization and to clients </li><li>Create and update investment manager reports used for reviews and recommendations to clients </li><li>Assist with underwriting new investment ideas by analyzing firm background, investment strategy, historical performance, portfolio positioning, and fund terms </li><li>Utilize investment tools including eVestment, Bloomberg, and MSCI ESG to conduct manager analysis and comparisons </li><li>Create asset class reviews summarizing major trends, including macroeconomic backdrop, performance drivers, competitive landscape, and key client considerations </li></ul> <p>What You Can Expect:</p> <p>Monticello Associates offers a dynamic work environment for all employees.
