<p>The Technical Program Associate role is passionate about driving execution, learning complex systems, and supporting cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, and data teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their Technical Program Management journey who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring that projects move forward efficiently.</p> <p>You will work closely with senior TPMs, engineers, and product managers to support the planning, tracking, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives that power Goosehead's technology platforms. You will report to Sr Director of Technology Program Management.</p> <p>The Technical Program Associate is responsible for supporting the technology portfolio's Program Management Office's delivery by owning portfolio governance routines, milestone and dependency tracking, risk and issue management, and delivery reporting, and go-live readiness across cross-functional technology initiatives. This role consolidates delivery data from product, engineering, QA, security, and IT partners and translates it into accurate, executive-ready status reporting, decisions, and action follow-through. The associate helps make platform delivery predictable, visible, and well-governed across active initiatives.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support program execution by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders. </li><li>Assist in planning and reporting activities, including sprint planning, milestone tracking, and risk/dependency management. </li><li>Facilitate meetings such as standups, retrospectives, and program syncs, ensuring clear communication and documentation. </li><li>Collaborate with technical teams to understand architecture, data flows, and infrastructure requirements at a high level. </li><li>Maintain program documentation and dashboards in Jira, Confluence, and other Program Management Office tooling for visibility and transparency. </li><li>Support process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance delivery velocity and reduce operational friction. </li><li>Partner with senior TPMs to learn best practices in Agile and scaled delivery frameworks </li></ul>
