You will find we offer more than the basics to create an inclusive and dynamic work environment at our various locations.</p> <p>Purpose:</p> <p>The Senior Manager of Finance Transformation will leverage investment accounting and/or other financial and accounting experience and expertise to provide dedicated business support to finance transformation projects.</p> <p>Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business to ensure proposed solutions meet current and future needs: </li><li>Document current state process and pain points </li><li>Research issues related to pain points to assist in development of recommendations to improve processes </li><li>Monitor solutions under development to identify issues that may affect business functionality </li><li>Research issues that arise, and participate in developing solutions </li><li>Demonstrate attention to detailed business processes and controls, while remaining aligned to strategic vison </li><li>Work closely with Information Technology teams to deliver business value </li><li>Independently manage assigned priorities, deliverables and timelines, identifying issues for escalation as needed </li><li>Serve as liaison between IT and business users </li><li>Provide business support by executing or assisting with project activities </li><li>Analyze performance and output, develop and track metrics, quantify benefits </li><li>Assist in develop of test plan, lead and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) activities </li><li>Assist in training </li><li>Perform data clean up, research issues that arise from pain points, defects, requirements, etc. </li><li>Influence change / change management by modeling behavior and training </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of professional experience; including 3+ years of supervisory experience </li><li>Experience participating in large cross functional projects </li><li>Experience building metrics to support business cases </li><li>Strong expertise providing direction to and working closely with business, creative and technical teams </li><li>Self-motivated and accountable, owning projects and assignments from inception to launch. </li><li>Ability to drive work with minimal supervision and successfully remove/resolve issues as they arise </li><li>Ability to adapt rapidly in a fast moving environment and react quickly, dynamically, and intelligently to shifting priorities. </li><li>Ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders on highly complex projects. </li></ul> <p>Drive.
