<p>Crew Leader</p> <p>Regular Full-Time 1st Shift</p> <p>DSCC Proper, 401 N. Yearling Rd., Whitehall, OH, US</p> <p>Pay: $18.55 per hour</p> <p>Schedule: 40 hours/week- Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm</p> <p>Transportation from Newark to job site available!!</p> <p>Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise, train, direct and assist 10-12 employees </li><li>Monitor and inspect completed work </li><li>Address customer questions, concerns, and requests </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety rules </li><li>Assist with general cleaning tasks </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>18 years or older </li><li>Must have Federal Real ID (Star at top right-hand corner on Driver's license or State ID) </li><li>Valid Ohio driver's license a plus and be insurable </li><li>Supervisory experience </li></ul> <p>Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Computer skills </li><li>Meet quality control standards </li><li>Meet attendance standards </li><li>Operate floor cleaning equipment (training provided) </li><li>Good customer service skills </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Lift up to 35 pounds </li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
