<p>Job Description</p> <p>Infosys is seeking for a SailPoint Lead . This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineers and Subject Matter Experts.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX or Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US. </li><li>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. </li><li>At Least 4 years of experience in Information Technology </li><li>At least 2 years of IAM domain knowledge, including SailPoint IIQ (8.x)/IdenityNow. </li><li>Responsible for playing the technical role in the setup, support, enhancements, and application integration/migration of the SailPoint Identity IQ & IdentityNow (7.x, 8.x) system in client environments and assisting in keeping the platform stable, highly available, and meeting compliance requirements. </li><li>Lead discussions on IAM architecture, process, and governance development & support in requirement and gathering and use case development. </li><li>Install, integrate, configure, deploy, and architect IAM solutions mainly SailPoint IIQ 8.x, and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Access Certification and Privileged account management. </li><li>All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills </li><li>Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resource and Exceptional Organizational Skills </li><li>Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently </li><li>Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude </li><li>Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required </li><li>Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment </li><li>Skilled technical and consultative resources expected to be strong in both technical and soft skills. </li><li>Proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project team from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners. </li><li>Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment </li></ul> <p>The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.</p>
