You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks from general maintenance to emergency repairs.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Performing general, preventative, and emergency maintenance across the property</p> <p>Inspecting and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and safety equipment to ensure brand compliance and guest satisfaction</p> <p>Repairing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems including HVAC, refrigerators, TVs, and air conditioners</p> <p>Conducting routine maintenance of fire alarms, extinguishers, and other safety systems</p> <p>Painting, cleaning, refurbishing furniture, and light carpentry as needed</p> <p>Ensuring common areas such as parking lots, landscaping, and the pool area are clean and well-maintained</p> <p>Responding promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues</p> <p>Assisting with other duties or special projects as needed by hotel management</p> <p>About You:</p> <p>You are a hands-on, solutions-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in keeping things running smoothly and guests feeling safe and comfortable.
