This role involves assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior intervention programs to promote student success. Responsibilities include providing behavioral support, implementing intervention strategies, collecting and analyzing behavior data, and assisting students with daily living tasks.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities - please see attachment for full job description</p> <ul> <li>Support students by implementing behavior intervention strategies, such as social skills instruction, token economy, and prompting hierarchies. </li><li>Collect and document behavioral data following established protocols. </li><li>Assist students with personal care tasks, including toileting, feeding, and grooming, to promote independence. </li><li>Provide behavioral support across multiple school sites and in community settings. </li><li>Train and model behavioral strategies for other staff members. </li><li>Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all district policies and student IEP goals. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required. </li><li>Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree or college coursework in Applied Behavioral Analysis preferred. </li></ul> <p>Salary: $25.24 - 31.83 (6 steps - based on experience) Length of Work Year: 181 days Employment Type: Part time</p>
