You will work on comprehensive reports, provide timely responses, and be the point of contact between the various departments within the company and customers.</p> <p>How you create impact</p> <ul> <li>Prepare all quality reports and analyze them to identify negative and positive quality trends </li><li>Make recommendations for improvements </li><li>Provide associates with in-the-moment training when opportunities for improvement present themselves </li><li>Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included </li><li>Examine records such as manifests, invoices, BOLs (Bills of Lading); resolve process inefficiencies </li><li>Investigate issues concerning overdue, damaged, or shortages in shipments; provide updates to customers promptly </li><li>Participate in quality meetings and meeting minutes </li><li>Maintain Quality Management System </li><li>Maintain calibration records, reports, and equipment documentation </li><li>Monitor and advise on product quality matters </li></ul> <p>What we would like you to bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>3+ years of experience in a full-time quality role </li><li>3+ or more years in a leadership role in a warehousing environment </li><li>Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint </li><li>Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) </li><li>Knowledgeable of ISO9001/AS9100 standards </li><li>Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and/or Continuous Improvement strategies </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you</p> <p>There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
