<p>Overview</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Bar Porter is responsible for the area relative to supplies, equipment and the removal of empty or soiled articles. Creates a high standard of cleanliness to bar, according to established policies, so guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <p>(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)</p> <ul> <li>Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers and other bar appliances in accordance with Hard Rock policies. </li><li>Ensures bar is set properly. </li><li>Ensures all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meets service standards. </li><li>Stocks assigned bar with product and supplies throughout the shift </li><li>Prepares all mixes and garnishes </li><li>Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers who approach the bar </li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a bar porter and/or bar back in a casino, high-volume nightclub or high-volume restaurant preferred.• Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL REQUIRMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays• Must be neat and clean in appearance and physically fit to perform the duties required.• Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift & work inside assigned bar areas in the venue• Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <ul> <li>The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy.
