As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to lead, teach, and inspire, while making a lasting impact on both clients and the clinicians you mentor.</p> <p>If you're ready to elevate your clinical leadership career and support meaningful change, apply today.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Clinical Supervision & Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Provide individual and group supervision to clinicians, interns, and staff pursuing licensure. </li><li>Offer ongoing feedback, case consultation, and mentorship to support professional growth. </li><li>Ensure all clinical services meet best practices, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. </li></ul> <p>Quality of Care & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Review and approve clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. </li><li>Conduct case reviews and clinical audits to ensure quality and compliance. </li><li>Ensure adherence to DPH, MassHealth/CMS, and accreditation standards, as well as agency policies. </li></ul> <p>Clinical Oversight & Crisis Support</p> <ul> <li>Support clinicians in managing complex, high-risk, and crisis cases. </li><li>Provide guidance on risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention strategies. </li><li>Assist in developing and reviewing crisis and safety plans for clients. </li></ul> <p>Direct Clinical Work</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a reduced caseload (as applicable), providing therapy to youth and families. </li><li>Model high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. </li></ul> <p>Staff Development & Training</p> <ul> <li>Support clinicians working toward licensure by ensuring supervision meets licensure requirements. </li><li>Provide or coordinate trainings on clinical topics such as evidence-based practices and crisis intervention. </li><li>Encourage development of specialty areas within behavioral health. </li></ul> <p>Data, Reporting & Program Support</p> <ul> <li>Monitor clinical performance metrics including documentation, outcomes, and service utilization. </li><li>Assist in preparing reports and ensuring readiness for audits and regulatory reviews. </li><li>Participate in team meetings, trainings, and multidisciplinary collaboration. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li></li><li>Strong leadership and clinical supervision experience </li><li>Expertise in mental health assessment and evidence-based therapeutic approaches </li><li>Ability to support staff through complex clinical and crisis situations </li><li>Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills </li><li>Commitment to culturally responsive, client-centered care </li><li>Passion for mentoring and developing clinical talent </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field </li><li>Active clinical license required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) </li><li>CANS Certification </li><li>Valid driver's license (Class C or D) </li></ul>
