In this role, you will work on some of our most challenging and complex electrical drafting and design projects. You will create new drawings, revise existing ones, and support field verification activities. Eligibility is based on job responsibilities, operational needs, nature of work and team dynamics. Current guidelines require employees to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. Familiarity with engineering practices relevant to assigned projects and with electric utility construction methods and procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage drafting assignments through completion following established practices and standards. Demonstrated interest and aptitude for advanced drafting and design work. Minimum of three (3) years of drafting and design experience using Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) software (Autodesk/AutoCAD).
