<p>Overview</p> <p>The Clinical Team Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations within our healthcare facility. This position is responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient outcomes.</p> <p>PERKS:</p> <ul> <li>health insurance (medical, dental, vision) </li><li>FREE medical co-pays </li><li>paid time off </li><li>eight paid holidays </li><li>company paid life insurance and short term disability </li></ul> <p>Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Upholds Clinical Standards of LHS </li><li>Assists with the orientation, competency assessment, training and supervision of clinical staff and support staff. </li><li>Ensures effective and efficient communication among and between departments. </li><li>Provides guidance to support staff. </li><li>Collaborates with Practice Manager and Senior Leadership Team to facilitate and resolve patient care issues. </li><li>Assists in implementing and maintaining standards throughout the organization. </li><li>Management of supplies </li><li>In conjunction with Practice Manager, maintains all VFC requirements, ordering, and logs. </li><li>Cover the clinic as needed. </li><li>Troubleshoot equipment issues and process repairs. </li><li>Track Medtox bills. </li><li>Maintenance of clinical areas, exam rooms, equipment and supplies. </li><li>Maintain HIPAA with confidential approach to patient information at all times. </li><li>Meet requirements for continuing education credits and attend meetings for enhancement of duties as applicable for role in agency. </li><li>Miscellaneous duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Current Medical Assistant certification, LPN licensure, or Dental Assistant certification </li><li>Maintain current CPR card </li><li>Prefer previous experience in all areas of clinic, i.e., front office, patient care, laboratory, and general assistant duties or willing to be trained in those areas. </li><li>Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Proficiency in the use of all standard office equipment (fax, copier, multi-line phone and computer). </li><li>Knowledge/understanding of various insurances and referral system. </li></ul> <p>Commensurate depending on experience and license/certification.</p> <p>To apply please email your resume to the reply link or fax to 855-832-3504, attention Human Resources.
