Keep reading-this might be the opportunity you've been searching for.</p> <p>A Day in the Life</p> <p>As Finance Manager - Brand Integration, you'll support the financial integration of a newly acquired brand into the L'Oréal Group portfolio in the US. Reporting to the PPD VP Finance, you'll collaborate across functions to ensure a seamless transition while driving operational excellence. This is your chance to make a tangible impact on the future of the brand and the division.</p> <ul> <li>Support integration planning, in coordination with other functions including SalonCentric </li><li>Support integration within agreed timeframe </li><li>Evaluate existing components and systems to determine integration requirements </li><li>Support the integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projects </li><li>Develop an interim solution (until NEO implementation) to minimize the gap with L'Oreal financial reporting requirements, including SalonCentric (Compass Reporting, Net Sales Tracking, Customer Reporting, Media Tracking, Stampli tracking) </li><li>Train brand finance and accounting team in L'oreal financial policies and processes </li><li>Train business partners with financial processes (M1 reporting, budget management) </li><li>Develop in coordination with Tax, intercompany transfer pricing guidelines for sales to affiliates. Collaborate with PPD DMI and sourcing for COGS. </li><li>Prepare for go-live, vendor step up (including MyM integration) </li><li>Ensure that the final solutions meet organizational needs. </li><li>Deliver with outstanding change management </li></ul> <p>What We Are Looking For</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years' experience in progressively challenging roles </li><li>P&L Management </li><li>Project management experience </li><li>Strong systems knowledge (Compass) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge and Experience of PPD Division preferred </li><li>CPG experience is a must </li><li>People management experience preferred </li><li>Ability to travel 25-50% of the time as needed to the targeted brand home office </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Financial Acumen - Financial reporting experience and working knowledge of Oracle/NetSuite, SAP </li><li>Project Management - Strong computer skills required; must have expert-level experience with Excel and Word. </li><li>Change Management - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. </li><li>Leadership - Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management. </li><li>Analytical Thinking - Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, leadership skills, oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. </li></ul> <p>What's In It For You</p> <ul> <li>A place for you to leave your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential (here, you'll be encouraged to try new things and take risks!). </li><li>Real responsibility from day one-there's no sitting on the sidelines at L'Oréal. </li><li>An environment where people of every ethnicity, social background, age, religion, gender, and sexual orientation, as well as people with disabilities, are accepted, can speak up, will thrive, and are celebrated! </li><li>A place where you can contribute to something bigger!
