<p>ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for Registration Clerks.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Highschool Diploma/GED preferred </li><li>Must be fluent in Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Outlook and Excel </li><li>The ability to type 40 words per minute with 95 percent accuracy and the ability to operate a computer terminal using Microsoft Office applications </li><li>Must be a US Citizen. </li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. </li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English </li><li>Must be able to follow detailed instructions and training materials </li><li>Must be able to work evening and weekend hours, 7 days a week operation </li><li>Must pass a background investigation and physical exam </li><li>Must be able to lift 30 lbs. with assistance. </li><li>Must be able to maintain poise and self-control under stress </li></ul> <p>Description:</p> <ul> <li>Assign housing to all incoming students </li><li>Create and duplicate dorm room keys as needed </li><li>Create detailed reports for upcoming shifts </li><li>Conduct student head counts as needed </li><li>Answer telephones and direct customers/take detailed messages </li><li>Report facility issues/create work orders as needed </li><li>Maintain a clean and professional workspace </li><li>Complete other administrative duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Red Cross First Aid and CPR defibrillator training certificate or ability to obtain within the first 30 days of employment. </li></ul>
