Be the difference.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Under general supervision, store, requisition, pick, distribute, and deliver general, medical, surgical supplies and equipment throughout various healthcare settings.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health.? Serve with compassion.? Be the difference.</p> </li><li> <p>Stores supplies in clean rooms, carts, and supply areas, using proper rotation. Scans inventory labels to generate replenishment orders for both stock and non-stock items.</p> </li><li> <p>Picks supplies from storage locations for distribution and placement into Case Carts, and restocking Exchange Carts such as Code (Crash) Carts and Procedural Carts/Trays.</p> </li><li> <p>Checks various supply locations for expired or recalled products and removes them per policy.</p> </li><li> <p>Distributes oxygen tanks and minor equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Delivers supplies and packages to nursing units, clinics, and other locations utilizing appropriate signature technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Responds to phone calls, emails, and customer service requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Processes issues and credits in the ERP system, ensuring correct cost allocation.</p> </li><li> <p>Reports inventory discrepancies and documents according to policy.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with cycle counts and physical inventories.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilizes various computer technologies such as handhelds, package scanners, and software programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains a clean and organized workspace and ensure par locations are free of dirt, dust, and trash.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with training Supply Chain staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Supervisory/Management Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education - High School diploma or equivalent preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience - No experience required.</p> </li></ul> <p>In Lieu Of</p> <ul> <li>NA </li></ul> <p>Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses</p> <ul> <li>NA </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proficient in typing, computer use, and quickly learning new software applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledgeable in operating office equipment (fax, copier, printer).</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to include coworkers, management, and clinical partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated proficiency in English, both written and verbal, including active listening.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and problem solving.</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Variable (United States of America)</p> <p>Location</p> <p>Greenville Memorial Med Campus</p> <p>Facility</p> <p>1008 Greenville Memorial Hospital</p> <p>Department</p> <p>10087352 Materials ATS</p> <p>Share your talent with us!
