The purpose of our asset management business is to help our clients invest for the future - whether it's for retirement, to grow and preserve inter-generational wealth, or to benefit the organizations that make our world smarter, healthier and more sustainable.</p> <p>(Senior) Institutional / TPD Sales - Brussels</p> <p>The (Senior) Institutional / TPD Sales position supports relationship management, client coverage, and distribution activities for institutional investors across Belgium and Luxembourg.</p> <p>We'll trust you to:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and expand relationships with Belgium and Luxembourg institutional and third-party distribution clients, including pension funds, insurers, banks, asset managers, and distribution partners, and family offices. </li><li>Partner with senior sales professionals in account planning, pipeline development, and execution of commercial engagement strategies; contribute to achieving agreed new-business targets. </li><li>Establish credibility with clients through clear explanation of solutions, delivery of market and product education, and effective positioning of offerings to meet client needs. </li><li>Develop and deliver structured account-management plans, identifying key stakeholders and coordinating with colleagues and product teams as required. </li><li>Manage client inquiries, provide instructional support on products and processes, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery of analyses and materials. </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, instructional activities, and marketing interactions in relevant systems. </li><li>Nurture existing relationships while identifying and onboarding new institutional, TPD and family office relationships. </li><li>Develop and implement distribution ideas and sales concepts tailored to client needs and market dynamics. </li><li>Organize and execute external client events, roadshows, and educational sessions for prospects and partners. </li><li>Deliver final presentations independently or jointly with Portfolio Managers, ensuring content is clear, instructional, and aligned with client objectives. </li><li>Facilitate effective communication within the sales team and across internal departments to ensure coordinated client delivery. </li><li>Monitor market, regulatory, and competitive developments relevant to Belgium and Luxembourg institutional, third-party distribution and family offices channels. </li></ul> <p>You'll need to have:</p> <ul> <li>Between 6-8 years' experience within Institutional sales / third-party distribution / family offices </li><li>Multi product knowledge within the Institutional / third-party distribution / family offices space. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, coordinate across internal stakeholders, and support commercial initiatives. </li><li>Excellent sales and negotiation skills, and business acumen. </li><li>Distinctive communication skills and sound investment understanding. </li><li>Ability to work under pressure. </li><li>High proactivity, flexible and resilient </li><li>Self-starter, driven by results, outgoing and confident with a strong work ethic </li><li>Comfortable being hands-on and a strong team player. </li><li>Flexibility to travel across the region to meet client and prospective client requirements. </li><li>Excellent communication skills in French, English and Dutch (verbal and written) </li></ul> <p>What we offer</p> <p>We strive to enhance the total health and well-being of our employees through comprehensive, competitive benefits.
