We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue </li><li>Working in conjunction with local, regional, and national promotional efforts within masonry and paving </li><li>Identifying and prospecting for new customers and documenting for CRM </li><li>Working closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies and specifications </li><li>Analyzing market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in market </li><li>Preparing sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Work in an office environment as well as construction sites in various weather </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to handle samples and product up to 50 lbs </li></ul> <p>Experience & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, training and education </li><li>Experience with Masonry/Hardscape product lines </li><li>Thorough understanding of ASTM specifications </li><li>Working knowledge of required software programs (Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP) </li><li>Effective time management skills </li><li>High sales aptitude, self-motivated </li><li>Ability to analyze situation and identify opportunities for success </li><li>Effective decision making and problem-solving skills </li><li>Effective team interaction skills with high aptitude for collaboration with colleagues </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Strong mathematical skills </li><li>Work independently, with little supervision </li><li>Valid driver's license and a good driving record is a must </li></ul>
