<p>Graphic Designer</p> <p>Reports to: Director, Marketing</p> <p>Location: Culloden, WV (On-Site; no remote work available)</p> <p>Service Wire Company, a premier supplier of industrial and utility wire and cable, is currently seeking a Graphic Designer in our Culloden, WV location. If you are looking to join a great organization and an opportunity to become a part of our growing team, this may be the job for you!</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Design and deploy visual content to support overall marketing strategies and KPIs. Create and maintain visual content across a variety of multi-media channels. Work collaboratively with other members of marketing team and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design and produce all graphics and visual communications. </li><li>Design a wide range of media that effectively drives awareness, engagement and sales goals. </li><li>Work closely with Marketing Director to create and maintain visual content that aligns with overall marketing strategies and is compliant with brand standards. </li><li>Present new ideas and concepts to marketing team. </li><li>Manage and execute projects through all phases of production, adhering to deadlines. </li><li>Create and execute visual communications strategies that reflect Service Wire brand and differentiate key value to customers in competitive marketspace. </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Execute campaigns that support overall marketing strategies and KPIs </li><li>Generate various marketing assets for events and campaigns, including print, digital, display and others as needed </li><li>Provide regular updates and reports regarding concurrent marketing projects </li><li>Additional duties as assigned by supervisor </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>An expert grasp of the principles of design for different digital channels, platforms and a wide range of users. </li><li>Experience working in an agile environment. </li><li>A good understanding of different content formats (for example, multimedia and images) and how these can pair with written content for highly digestible and influential communications that optimize user experience and deliver results. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years experience in an advertising and/or design environment </li><li>Fluent in Adobe Create Cloud; must include InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, skills in After Effects, Animate, Premiere, Dreamweaver or XD are a plus. </li><li>Strong presentation and interpersonal skills </li><li>Familiarity with animation and video editing is a plus </li><li>Familiarity with HTML is a plus </li><li>Portfolio of published content and visual design </li><li>Effectively demonstrates time management, attention to detail and prioritization of tasks </li><li>Cooperatively works and interacts with both internal and external customers </li></ul>
