<p>Position Overview</p> <p>Power your future with Qualus in our Program Management department as a Cost Analyst. A Senior Cost Analyst provides cost management services, including budgeting, bid management, cost forecasting and reporting, budget management and control, change management, contract administration, close-out administration, procurement management, earned value management, and value engineering. The Senior Cost Engineer supports critical and complex cost management initiatives.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop, implement, and maintain Monthly Forecasting, Invoicing, and Cost Reporting. </li><li>Experience with Project Controls concepts such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closeout are needed. </li><li>Specific experience with Cost Engineering concepts such as project estimating, forecasting, cost controls, and variance reporting are also needed. </li><li>Develop and maintain budgets, provide various project information reports. </li><li>Understanding of the Accrual Processes, invoice review, and validation are required. </li><li>Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently. </li><li>ERP financial experience is preferred. </li><li>This position requires self-starting, excellent communication, and proven decision-making skills. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>10+ years of project cost control experience, including cash flow forecasting and analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Candidate must have experience with enterprise cost management systems</p> </li><li> <p>Candidate must have Transmission & Distribution experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working on utility capital projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Project Cost Control: 7+ years</p> </li><li> <p>Forecasting & Budgeting: 5+ years</p> </li><li> <p>Project Budget Reporting: 5+</p> </li><li> <p>Accruals & Invoice Management: 7+ years</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-SB1</p> <p>Benefits & Compensation</p> <p>Qualus benefits offered include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays, for those who qualify.</p> <p>The expected compensation range for this position is based upon several factors, including but not limited to education, qualifications, prior relevant work experience and work location.</p> <p>Company Overview</p> <p>Qualus is a leading pure-play power solutions firm and innovator at the forefront of power infrastructure transformation, with differentiated capabilities across grid modernization, resiliency, security, and sustainability.
