Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>As a Custom Application Architect, you will be responsible for designing the application architecture of custom software systems to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.</p> </li><li> <p>You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Expert proficiency in Oracle Applications PLSQL is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials is recommended.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Financial Processes, Financial Accounting, Oracle EBS General Ledger, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Plus is suggested.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the design and implementation of innovative application architectures that meet business requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and promote best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve application performance and security.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Locations: Hybrid - 3 days/weekly (60%) onsite - NYC or Jersey City</p> </li><li> <p>Requirement: 5 days away mandate per quarter</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 5 years experience in system analysis , software design and development</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 5 years experience in Oracle application Development , Strong Oracle SQL , PLSQL , Exadata Database and ETL process development experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 5 years experience in Oracle Financials in a corporate environment</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in Oracle ERP, Cloud Fusion, BIP</p> </li><li> <p>Hands on experience in Implementing supporting Oracle BIP OBIEE</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in ETL, large relational Database</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Data analysis and reporting Unix Shell scripting</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge on Batch processing tools like Autosys</p> </li><li> <p>Working experience on version control tools like GIT</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
