<p>Pediatric Audiologist</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>Join our team and experience firsthand what it's like to be part of a health care organization that's nationally recognized, forward-thinking and offers plenty of opportunity to do great work.</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate the management of pediatric auditory and vestibular disorders. Diagnoses and treats the patient's hearing and balance problems, using advanced technology and procedures. </li><li>Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm </li></ul> <p>In an Pediatric Audiologist career with LVHN, you'll experience:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct and interpret diagnostic testing and comprehensive audiologic evaluations. </li><li>Counsel patients regarding hearing aids and provides hearing aid evaluations and fittings. </li><li>Investigate and study the underlying causes, precipitating factors, and symptomatic behavior of impaired speech patterns. </li><li>Monitor condition of equipment and calls appropriate repair/maintenance personnel when necessary. </li><li>Evaluate hearing disorders to determine diagnoses and courses of treatment. </li><li>Evaluate psychological information to measure the impact of hearing loss on a patient. </li><li>Conduct research related to the causes and treatment of hearing and balance disorders. </li><li>Attend meetings related to patient diagnostic evaluation, treatment and contributes to discussion as an interdisciplinary team member. </li></ul> <p>Benefits & Perks</p> <p>As a nationally certified Great Place to Work, we acknowledge the dedication of our colleagues and offer a generous Total Rewards package that makes LVHN an even better place to work and grow your career.
